I help people get out of pain without giving up the activities they love.
You’ve been patient long enough.
You’ve rested. You’ve done the exercises the physio gave you. You’ve been told to “listen to your body” so many times that you’ve stopped trusting it altogether.
Here’s what nobody told you: pain that sticks around isn’t a sign that something is broken. It’s a sign that your system got stuck in a loop. And rest doesn’t fix loops — it just pauses them.
I help people break that loop and get back to doing the things they thought were gone forever. Running. Lifting. Playing with their kids. Sleeping without dreading the morning.
How this works
I’m not chasing your symptoms. I’m changing the conditions that let pain persist. There’s a difference.
Step 1: We talk. A real conversation about what’s going on, how it started, and what matters to you. This is free, and it’s where most of the magic happens. I’m not looking for a diagnosis. I’m looking for the system.
Step 2: Assessment. A 45-minute physical assessment where I figure out what your body can and can’t do right now. No questionnaires. We move, we test, we talk.
Step 3: A plan you understand. Not a stack of exercises. A clear plan that makes sense to you, with a starting point and a direction. You’ll know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how we’ll know it’s working.
Step 4: We do the work. One-on-one coaching sessions where you build capacity, strength, and confidence. On a gym floor, not in a treatment room — because you heal by doing, not by lying still.
The proof is in the pudding
Don’t take my word for it — check my Google reviews. Not the ones I selected for my website. The unfiltered, public ones anyone can read.
Who this is for
You don’t need to be an athlete. You don’t need to know anything about gyms, CrossFit, functional fitness, or Hyrox. You need to be frustrated enough with how things are to try something different — and honest enough with yourself to follow through.
My clients range from 5 to 90. The thing they share isn’t a demographic — it’s a decision: they decided they’d had enough of living around their pain.
Who this is NOT for
If you want a quick fix, I’m not your person. If you want someone to just “do something” to your body while you lie there, we won’t be a good match. I coach — which means you do the work, and I make sure you do the right work.
