The neurobiology of performing at your best — on demand.

You already know what flow feels like.

That meeting where two hours felt like twenty minutes. The workout where everything clicked. The presentation where you said exactly the right thing without thinking.

The question isn’t whether you’ve experienced peak performance. It’s why you can’t access it reliably — and whether that’s a personality problem or a biology problem.

Spoiler: it’s biology. And biology can be trained.

What I do

I coach business owners, leaders, and serious athletes on the neuroscience of flow states. This isn’t meditation apps and motivation. It’s understanding the actual neurochemistry — dopamine, norepinephrine, endorphins, anandamide, serotonin — and structuring your work, recovery, and environment to trigger flow more consistently.

My background combines clinical therapy, high-level sports coaching, and flow neurobiology. That means we’re not just talking about your brain — we’re working with your body, your stress, and your recovery as one system.

What it looks like

This is a long-term coaching engagement. Not a course. Not a weekend workshop. A genuine relationship where I help you understand your own neurobiology and redesign how you work, recover, and perform.

We work on flow triggers, challenge-skill balance, recovery protocols, and the architecture of your day. We look at what’s blocking flow (there are specific, identifiable blockers) and remove them systematically.

Think of it as having a coach who understands your brain at the biological level — and who’ll be honest with you about what’s working and what isn’t.

Who this is for

Business owners and leaders who perform well but know they’re leaving something on the table. Athletes competing at a serious or professional level who want the mental edge. People who are curious about how their brain actually works and willing to invest in understanding it.

This is a long-term, high-commitment engagement. I keep the number of clients small so I can give each one the attention it deserves.
